In the past days some people have reported problems when buying items from our main store. The problem generally comes down to buying an item, not getting it delivered and after 30 minutes the system refunds the money. This is a failsafe. In most cases the external service cannot locate the item, which was just bought in-world. We are still not sure why this happens, but we're looking into it.
Right now there are two things you can do when this seems to happen:
- Come back later and try again
- Buy the item through our marketplace shop
